I am interested in knowing, what is that makeup which actresses use over their arms also, is it MAC, or some other makeup, which makes them look extremely gori?

I have pigmented lips because of over-use of lipsticks. is there any non surgical way to remove this. also i have very thin lips. which lip plum works better. i have fair oily-normal skin tone
