As summer comes to an end episode six, “Summer’s Soft Sigh to Sleep,” puts a nice end to the warm months. Shrimp and Pineapple Not-So Po’Boys, rich with Cajun spices and a tangy pineapple mayo are on the menu. In addition, her Quinoa Pilaf in Lettuce Cups pairs well with the summer picnic menu she’s preparing.
The pineapple mayo doesn’t look appealing but the crispy fried shrimp are worth a try.
Last, but not least, is her Salty Sweet Limeade. It’s fruity and refreshing.
