Jaldi Bani Kulfi

Summer is the perfect time to enjoy kulfi. Maybe you’re having some friends over and need to make a dessert or you’re just craving some kulfi on a scorching hot day…whatever your reason this Jaldi Bani Kulfi is right for you. It’s not too heavy and so simple to make. This summer, instead of spending hours in the kitchen trying to pull together a yummy dessert, try this delicious kulfi instead!

  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • finely chopped pistachios (optional)

Combine the evaporated milk and condensed milk. Stir in pistachios and mix well. Pour into kulfi moulds or small cups and freeze. As it starts to set stir to combine everything once again.

There you go…it doesn’t get easier than that and the best part is that everyone will think you spent hours making it!
