Mango Kulfi

Take advantage of the summer mangoes and make your own fresh mango pulp. Then mix it with milk and check for sweetness. Pour it into miniature molds and there you go! All you have to do is freeze your mixture and you’ve got delicious mango kulfi. However, mango season is ending and summer is almost over. If you can’t find mangoes easily or don’t wish to make your own pulp then follow this really quick and incredibly simple recipe using canned pulp instead and you’ll have the most perfect Aam Ki Kulfi in no time at all!

1 can mango pulp

2 cans evaporated milk

1 can sweetened condensed milk (optional)

Mix the mango pulp and evaporated milk together in a large bowl. Stir to combine completely. Pour into molds and freeze till it hardens. If you desire additional sweetness you can add sweetened condensed milk to your mixture before freezing.
