Filmmaker Vishal Bharadwaj forced Vidya Balan to overcome her road phobia for a driving in his movie Ishqiya. According to a film source Vidya had an acute road phobia. She was petrified at the thought of driving but not anymore! Driving a car was completely alien to her but Vishal made sure she mastered the art and she is now comfortable with maneuvering her car on the road. Vishal is a filmmaker known to be particular about making his actors learn the required skills in reality rather than just making them pretend on screen. Well, at least Vidya learned something new out of all this!
